TTB88 Terms & Conditions

By creating a TTB88 account, completing the registration process, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the TTB88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using TTB88 services.

TTB88 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material amendments, but members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of their obligations and entitlements.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to TTB88 and registration of a Member account is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your membership:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter when using TTB88 services. TTB88 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons lacking legal capacity or subject to court-imposed restrictions on entering contracts are not eligible.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using TTB88 does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your country or territory of residence. TTB88 does not warrant that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
• Personal registration only: You must register on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual, or permitting a third party to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, whether imposed by TTB88 or another gambling operator.

To access TTB88 services, eligible persons must complete the registration process accurately and in full. During registration, you are required to provide your legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact number and a chosen password. All information submitted must be truthful, accurate and current.

TTB88 permits each individual to hold only a single active account. The operation of multiple accounts by one person, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any bonus balances and, where applicable, withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

TTB88 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a Member to complete identity verification ("KYC") by submitting documentation including a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

Members are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify TTB88 support immediately. TTB88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions.

TTB88 accepts deposits made through a range of Malaysian-approved payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and other participating financial institutions, as well as USDT cryptocurrency (TRC20 network). Available payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits and applicable processing times are displayed within the account cashier section and may vary from time to time.

The following conditions govern all financial transactions on TTB88:

• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply to each payment method. Members should refer to the cashier section for current figures. By way of example, minimum deposits typically start from RM 30 for e-wallets.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus credits.
• E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX typically complete within five to fifteen minutes. Standard bank wire transfers may take up to sixty minutes. These are indicative timeframes only and may vary.
• TTB88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity verification, source of funds statements and confirmation of payment method ownership.
• All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

TTB88 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees at platform level; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Members are advised to check with their bank or e-wallet provider directly.

TTB88 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback programmes, referral incentives and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, which take precedence over the general provisions of this section where they conflict.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real balance and carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the combined bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked in eligible games or markets before a withdrawal can be processed.
• TTB88 reserves the right to exclude certain game categories from contributing to wagering requirement fulfilment. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino and sportsbook contributions may vary.
• Members may only claim each promotion once per household, device, IP address or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• TTB88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error or any form of manipulation.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that do not meet the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and may be voided.

All bets placed on TTB88 — whether on sports markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, international football and other competitions, or on casino, live dealer, lottery or arcade products — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for verifying bet details, including selection, stake amount and odds, before confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a market, TTB88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled unless an obvious error has occurred. TTB88 reserves the right to correct odds errors and may void or re-price bets affected by manifest pricing mistakes.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply to sports and casino products and may vary by market, event and Member category. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• All casino games on TTB88 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are produced independently and cannot be influenced by TTB88 or the Member.
• Live bets are accepted subject to in-play market availability. TTB88 may suspend or close a market at any time during a live event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TTB88. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, legal action may be pursued:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts under any identity.
• Using fraudulent, stolen or unverified payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Colluding with other Members, TTB88 staff or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with games or markets in a manner not sanctioned by TTB88.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation or other corrupt gambling practices.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting technical errors or using arbitrage strategies to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, decompile or tamper with any part of the TTB88 platform, software or RNG system.
• Using TTB88 for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.

All content on the TTB88 platform, including but not limited to the TTB88 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, software, text, promotional materials and game assets, is the exclusive property of TTB88 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the TTB88 platform solely for lawful personal gambling and entertainment purposes. No part of the TTB88 platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified or commercially exploited in any form without prior written authorisation from TTB88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TTB88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the TTB88 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, even if TTB88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TTB88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for any particular purpose. Platform access may be subject to scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions or circumstances beyond TTB88's reasonable control.

TTB88's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member during the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

TTB88 provides the following responsible gambling tools to assist Members in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Members may request daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Requests to reduce existing limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week or month.
• Session time reminders: Members may configure reminders that alert them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 90 days.
• Self-exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from TTB88 at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly.

TTB88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, freeze or permanently terminate any Member account without prior notice where TTB88 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal purposes;
• The Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• The Member has failed to complete required KYC verification;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of TTB88's platform, other Members or third parties; or
• TTB88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive or court order.

Where an account is suspended or terminated as a result of a breach of these Terms, TTB88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Members wishing to close their TTB88 account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Member's registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification and processing requirements.

TTB88 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, TTB88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the revised Terms on the TTB88 website and, where practicable, by communicating updates via registered Member email addresses or platform notifications.

Any use of TTB88 services following the effective date of revised Terms will constitute acceptance of the updated agreement. Members who do not accept revised Terms should cease using TTB88 services and contact support to initiate account closure and balance withdrawal.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to TTB88's operating entity. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or their breach, termination or invalidity, shall first be referred to TTB88's customer support team for informal resolution. TTB88 undertakes to investigate all formal complaints in good faith and to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanisms or through the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law. Nothing in this clause shall limit either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
